摘    要:目的为尿液中敌草快的测定研究一种简单可靠的检测方法。方法将尿样高速离心,上清液转移至试管中,加入不同的碱性溶液调节p H,加入连二亚硫酸钠显色,于378nm比色测定。结果敌草快在0.1-10μg/m L呈良好线性,相关系数为0.998 8,回归直线方程Y=0.114 9X+0.010 3。最低检出限为0.02μg/m L,日间和日内精密度分别为4.50%,6.28%。结论此方法操作简便、快速,适用于临床监测和法医毒物分析。

Determination of diquat in urine with spectrophotometric method

Abstract:Objective To develop a simple and reliable method of determination of diquat in urine samples,so as to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods After high speed centrifugation at 12 000 × g for 5 min,the supernatant was transferred into the tube. Adjusting p H by adding in alkaline solution to the urine,add in Na2S2O4 so as to obtain the absorbance at 378 nm. Results The method was linear( Y = 0. 114 9X + 0. 010 3,r2= 0. 998 8) in the range of 0. 1 - 10 μg / m L. The limit of detection is 0. 02μg / m L. The intra-and inter-day precisions are less than 6. 28%,4. 50%,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,fast. It is recommendable for the clinical and forensic toxicological analysis.
