在大鼠颅脑损伤慢性病程中BCL-2蛋白的表达

用免疫组化方法研究在实验性大鼠颅脑损伤慢性病程中BCL－2蛋白的表达变化，为颅脑损伤后经过一段时间死亡者确定损伤与死亡的关系提供依据。结果发现：BCL－2蛋白广泛表达于正常大鼠脑内，在伤后3d，其表达降低，至伤后1周降低明显，伤后4周恢复正常。提示在颅脑损伤后4周内死亡者，其死亡与颅脑外伤关系较密切。用免疫组比方法观察BCL－2蛋白在脑内的表达变化，对颅脑损伤后4周内死亡者脑损伤的确定有一定价值。

BCL-2 protein expression during the chronic stage of traumatic brain injury in rats

BCL－2 protein expression during the chronic stage of traumatic brain injury in rats had been studied using immunohistochemical staining method for the purpose of determinlng the relationshlp between the brain injury and the death during the chronic stage of traumatic brain injury. The BCL－2 protein had widely seen in the bra1ns of normal rats. On the third day after brian inJury, BCL－2 protein expression decreased, and got worse at l week. At 4 weeks, BCL－2 protein expresion recovered to normal. The results show that there is close relatlonshlp between the traumatic brain injury and death durlng the stage of 4 weeks after braln injury. It is suggested that the BCL－2 protein can be used as an indicator of identification of the brain injury during the chronic stage.
