摘    要:作者采用已知化学组成的导体对家兔进行触电试验。取受损部位的皮肤作常规处理,用带能谱的扫描电镜作金属离子测定,仪器型号为 JXA-840-LinK-860。对检出的金属元素,进行了定性和半定量分析,并观察了元素的分布。作者在一例人体电击伤皮肤活检标本上检出铁元素,而对照皮肤则无,从而认定是含铁的导体与皮肤接触。电击伤与热烫伤的超微结构变化能区别。

Abstract:An electrocution experiment was carried out on a rabbit by contact with a living known conductor made of iron.The tissue section from the burned skin was processed with routine method,and then analysed by the JXA-840 Scanning Electron Microscope and Link 860 Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectrometer.Metallic constituents of the external conductor deposited on the electrically burned skin was found,and their presence may help to establish the kind of electrode with which the skin contacts.Qualitative and quantitative analysis as well as the distribution of metallic constituents were investigated.In one human ease of electrocution,iron elements were detected on the eleetrothermally burned skin,while in the control ease,only sulphur and phosphorous were detected.Therefore,the conductor made of iron was then determined.The ultrastructural changes of the electric burn can be distinguished from those of the scald burn.
