摘    要:目的建立生物样品中利多卡因、罗哌卡因、布比卡因的固相萃取提取方法和气质检测方法。方法采用Oasis HLB固相萃取柱,以GC/MS定性定量。结果生物样品中利多卡因、罗哌卡因、布比卡因平均萃取回收率达74%以上,检测限0.01μg/mL,线性关系良好,相关系数R2=0.9900以上。结论方法操作简便快速,萃取回收率高,重现性好,可用于实际案件。

Determination of lidocaine,ropivacaine, bupivacaine in biological samples by solid phase extraction- GC/MS method

Abstract:Objective To develop a solid phase extraction method for determination of lidocaine, ropiv- acaine,bupivacaine in biological samples. Methods The sample was purified by using Oasis HLB sohd phase extraction column, and quantitatively detected and qualitatively analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Results The mean recovery rate of lidocaine, ropivacaine, bupivacaine in biological samples was over 74%, the limits of detection was 0.01 μg/mL. The method showed excellent linearity and the linear correlation coefficient was over 0. 9900. Conclusion It can be concluded that the method may be widely used in forensic toxicological analyses, due to its simple and quick operation, high recovery rate, good repetition, and clean extraction.
