摘    要:甲基苯丙胺(MA)的毒性作用与多巴胺系统有密切关系,而大量研究表明胶质细胞源性神经营养因子(GDNF)是一种有效的多巴胺能神经营养因子,本文综述GDNF对多巴胺能神经元保护功能机制及用于治疗MA依赖的研究进展,以期为相关研究和应用提供参考。

Abstract:The toxic effects of methamphetamine(MA) and dopamine systems are closely related.A large number of studies have shown that GDNF is an effective dopaminergic neurotrophic factor.In this paper,a variety of physiological functions of GDNF in protecting dopaminergic neurons and progress in studies on its therapeutic effects on MA-dependence are reviewed.
