| 摘 要： | 目的分析活体损伤的特征,探讨其损伤类型与损伤程度的关系,以及法医学鉴定的有关问题。方法随机抽取1998-2001年间活体损伤的鉴定资料,对伤者的损伤及其法医学鉴定进行回顾性分析。结果男性伤者居多;多发伤高于任何单一部位损伤;致伤方式以钝器致伤为主;重伤以颅内血肿和腹腔脏器破裂最多,轻伤以四肢骨折居首。结论损伤程度与损伤部位及类型有一定的关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlation of injury patterns with severity of injury by analysis of the characteristics of physical injuries in living individuals and explore the problems encountered in application of the State Criteria of Medico-legal Appraisal on Injuries in Living Individuals in forensic practice. Methods Archives of 480 living individuals with physical injuries which were randomly selected from the profiles medico-legally expertized from 1998 to 2001 in Liaoning Province were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of 480 cases, male individuals accounted for the most cases. Multiple injuries were the most commonly encountered, which were primarily inflicted by blunt weapons. Intracranial hematoma and visceral ruptures comprised the most cases with the severity of the severe injuries, and slight injuries were mainly seen in the cases with limb fractures. Conclusion There are certain relationships between severity of injury and the injured part of the body, and the types of injury. |
