| Abstract: | The rapidly-developed securities market is in need of powerful legal system to work as its support,and hence the modification of the Securities Law of the People＇s Republic of China （hereinafter referred to as the Securities Law） in October 2005 is ,just for the purpose of providing such critical foundation for the construction of securities legal system. The modification of this time has added nearly half of the contents than the former one on the basis of the existing legislative foundation and involved most of the provisions which indicate a wide range ofmodifi-cation. This thesis analyzes with emphasis on the newly modified Securities Law and the relevant acts and regulations promulgated in 2006 and 2007 in terms of issuance of securities, transaction of securities, disclosure of information, acquisition of listed corn-panics, securities companies as well as civil liabilities of the illegal activities and so on. |
