| Abstract: | China＇s Property Law, in Chapter Ⅱ of it, makes specific and concrete provisions for changes of propertyrights to immovables and movables. But in judicial practice, there still exist many disputes and misunderstandings over how legal rules for changes of property rights to immovables should be comprehended and applied. This article has been written in striving to make a brief analysis of how to comprehend and apply the relevant legal rules for changes of property rights to immovables in practice, in light of the provisions of the Property Law, which can be for your reference. |
