乙民法院年度审判数据要览（2009年）

2009年，最高人民法院受理案件13318件，审结11749件，同比分别上升26．20％和52．09％；地方各级法院受理案件11378875件，审执结10544736件，标的额16707．01亿元，同比分别上升6．26％、7．17％和16．42％。自2005年以来案件量年均递增5．95％，2009年案件量比1978年增长了19．87倍。

Annual Judgment Data of People＇s Court （2009）

1. Data of Law Enforcement and Case Handling The Supreme People＇s Court accepted and heard 13,318 cases and adjudged 11,749 cases, up by 26.20% and 52.09% respectively year on year. District courts at all levels accepted and heard 11,378,875 cases and completed judging and executing 1,054,736 cases. The object amount was 1,670701 trillion yuan, up by 6.26%, 7.17% and 16.42% respectively year on year. Since 2005, Cases have increased by 5.95% annually while the Cases in 2009 were up by 19.87 times over the 1978 level.
