论我国司法鉴定机构管理体制改革的途径与方法

对抗制的诉讼、证据制度对应于分散性、对立性的鉴定管理制度；职权性的诉讼、证据制度对应集中性、中立性的鉴定管理制度。因为诉讼对抗制的改革趋势必然要求鉴定管理制度的适度分散化。但就管理体制的现况而言．分散化管理模式根本不可行，因此应结合国情，建立有限度的鉴定机构集中管理方式。这种管理方式认为需以行政管理为主、行业管理为辅的中国特色模式。
