由于《道路交通事故受伤人员伤残评定》中许多条文的规定比较笼统和原则,在理解和掌握上尚有一定的困难。为此,作者参考国家有关鉴定标准和临床医学有关器官功能障碍分级方法,并结合作者在伤残评定中所积累的经验,提出有关评定标准的细则,旨在推动鉴定工作的统一和规范,确保鉴定结论的公正和科学。

Treatment of Some Technlcal Problems When Appllng Assessment for Body Imparlment of the Injured in Road Traffic Accident(Part 1)

It is known that there still exist certain difficulties in understanding and using ike terms in "Assessment for Body Impairment of the Injured in Road Traffic Accident". It is because many of the items in the assessment lack definite interpretation. In addition to the past experience we accumulated in tlie practice, we refer to some National Criteria related to impairment, disability and handicaps, and clinical function measurement methods about human body organs, and propose some evaluation methods and concrete criteria for resolving the problems in the practice for the purpose of improving the standardization of forensic identification and ensuring the justice and rationality of the expert's opinion.
