| 摘 要： | 目的采用数学方法计算单处和多处伤残的赔偿数额.方法根据伤残程度等级分类和赔偿过错系数,建立伤残赔偿计算数学模型.结果应用所建立的伤残赔偿计算数学模型,可以直接计算单处或多处伤残的赔偿数额.结论伤残赔偿计算数学模型,在一定的法律规定条件下,可以准确的计算人体伤残赔偿数额,方法简便.
