| Abstract: | In the context of politics and law of contemporary society,"liberty" or "freedom" has acquired a dominating power of different sorts of ideologies,but its connotation is so complicated that "anti-freedom" or "non-liberty" has been confused with freedom.Considering this situation,it is necessary to reflect on the conception of "liberty" or "freedom" in the modern context of philosophy of politics. |
