| Abstract: | Viewing the law in its entirety, Jurisprudence: the Philosophy and Method of the Law describes all the important thoughts, theories and doctrines of various legal schools from ancient Greece to Modem West in the 1970s. The book argues convincingly that law is a single entity of order and justice, and then probes into the methodology for settling legal issues. In a comprehensive way it structures the system of Synthetic Jurisprudence. |
