Law and Logic: An Overall Understanding on the Relation Between Law and Logic

The article mainly discusses the relations between law and logic,and summarizes the problems in the fringe of them.Firstly,I probe“what's logic of law”and introduce“logic of norm”,which is unfamiliar to us,and compare them.Secondly,I inquire into“legal reasoning”,and compare it with“judicial reasoning”.In the end,I do some research on“legal fonnalism”which is criticized by a lot of people,I think that we must value its'role correctly and combine it with the fact of our country.
