| 摘 要： | 文章立足于政治文明发展的基本历程,并从法治的视角解读现代政治文明,认为现代政治文明是以法治为底蕴,其核心和实质是民主政治,同时蕴涵自由、人权、民主、公平、正义等人类普适性价值,现代政治文明所追求的目标应该是宪政国家体制。

| Abstract: | This article base on the basic process of political civilization's development,and from rule of law angle seeing the modern political civlization,concludes the base of modern political civilization is the role of law.Its' core con- tents is democracy,at the same time it include freedom,human rights,democracy,fair,justice and otherwise that is the universal value for anyone.The target of modern political civilization should be a national system of constitutionalism gov- ernment. |
