| 摘 要： | 本文以WTO协议在我国的适用为中心议题 ,以国际法和国内法关系的理论为指导 ,论述了条约的国内适用和我国适用条约的方式 ;专门阐述了WTO的性质和我国加入WTO的承诺。作者得出的结论是 :WTO在我国的适用方式应当是直接适用 ,当其与国内法发生冲突时有优先的效力。

| Abstract: | This article concentrates on the issue of the domestic application of WTO Agreement with the theory of international law and domestic law as guidance and states the domestic application and the way of application of WTO convention in China. It describes the nature of WTO and the commitment of entry of WTO of China. Finally, author draws a conclusion: the way of application of WTO should be direct and be prior when conflict with domestic law. |
