| Abstract: | Labor union cadre serves as a part of the Party cadres. How to raise the quality of labor union cadre is a requirement of development of the university reform. In accordance with the situation of social development and labor union cadre, this article analyses the present quality of labor union cadre and discusses the way by which the environment of university may be improved and labor union cadres may raise their quality. |
