| 摘 要： | 如何提高未成年人的安全意识与能力,勇敢地迎接外界的挑战,是世界各国面临的一个共同课题。国外发达国家对于未成年人的安全教育从内容到形式上都有比较完善的教育体系,我国应该从教育观念的转变、教育方法的改革、教育内容的设置、教育法规的完善等方面予以借鉴。
