| 摘 要： | 目的调查17个Y-STR基因座在内蒙古蒙古族男性人群中的分布情况。方法收集184例蒙古族男性无关个体血样,Chelex-100提取DNA,PCR复合扩增17个Y-STR基因座,3130-XL全自动基因分析仪分型。结果 184例男性共检出181种不同的单倍型,其中178种为单一型,另有3种单倍型均检出2例,HD（单倍型）值为0.9998;17个Y-STR基因座座的GD值为0.4326～0.9296。结论 17个Y-STR基因座多数在内蒙古蒙古族男性人群中有较好分布,对法医学和人类群体遗传学研究具有重要价值。 |
