| 摘 要： | 目的利用双毛细管柱双检测器技术建立常见毒物的检验方法,并对其进行定性分析。方法样品进样后通过VSOS装置进入两根不同极性的毛细管柱,经分离后到达两个不同选择性的检测器。结果利用VSOS装置可对毒物进行较好的分离、定性。结论该方法可对常见毒物进行准确定性。

| Abstract: | Objective To set up a determination method and qualitative analysis of poison by double capillary columns and double detectors.Method By the device of VSOS,the sample was injected into two difference polar capillary columns,and entered into two selected detectors after separated.Result The sample can be separated and qualitative analysis by the VSOS.Conclusion The method can accurately determine the nature to poison. |
