| 摘 要： | 村民自治在我国的出现,是农村经济体制改革后国家与社会权力关系调整的制度结果.但村民自治在实施过程中体现出了一定的制度限度与困境,其背后所反映的是当前我国农村基层治理权力格局中多元主体间的结构性张力.在此背景下,建构多元治理主体的制度性合作关系,实现其合作共治是农村基层善治的重要途径.在我国传统协商治理以及西方协商民主理念下建立起协商参与机制,则是实现这一制度性合作关系的现实选择.
