| 摘 要： | 和谐社会心态是和谐社会建设的精神基础,它具体体现在人与自然的关系上、人与他人的关系上、人与社会的关系上以及人与自我的关系中.和谐社会心态的塑造需要借助道德调控的力量.道德调控既是塑造和谐社会心态有效手段,也是塑造和谐心态的重要保障.确立道德调控的目标体系、运用多种道德调控手段、构建良性的道德保障体系、加强道德调控的法律规约是塑造和谐社会心态的重要策略.尤其在社会公德方面,把"道德的应当"转化为"道德的必需",以强化民众对道德规范的践行,增强道德调控的有效性,动员全社会力量共同培育和塑造美好和谐的社会心态.
