关于当前社会贫富差距的几点思考

由于固有的地区、城乡、行业工资差距,社会转型、体制转轨的"助推"作用以及财产收入的差距对总收入差距的影响开始凸显,我国的贫富差距急剧扩大.对此,我们既不应如临大敌,也不能采取听之任之的态度,必须通过采取积极发展经济、加大转移支付力度、积极促进就业、完善社会保障体系等措施,控制贫富差距的扩大.

Reflections on the Current Social Polarization

Due to existing sharp salary gap between different vocations, regions, the impelling of society and system transformation, and emerging of property income's influence, polarization has become a serious problem in China. The right attitude toward it is that we should neither be overwhelmed by it. Nor can we ignore that. In order to narrow the widening of gap of income, we should develop the economy actively, increasing transfer payment, promoting employment and perfecting social security system.
