小学教师人格特征和学生学业成绩的相关研究

摘    要:本运用心理学及教育生态学的方法对南京市五所小学毕业班教师人格特征与所教班级学生学业成绩作了相关研究,结果表明:小学教师的某些人格特征与学生的学业成绩有着较高相关,其中,兴奋性与学生的语成绩呈显负相关;聪慧性、稳定性、实验性与学生的教学成绩的相关以显示水平,小学教师的某些人格特征与学生的学业成绩的相关要高于小学教师的年龄、学历与学生的学业成绩的相关,小学教师的人格特征中聪慧性和兴奋性与学生的语

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to find the correlation between the personality characteristics of primary school teachers and the achievements of their pupils.245 elementary school teachers were selected from 5 schools as subjects and they were tested with 16PF.The results indicated that:(1)Some of the teachers' personality characteristics have higher correlation with the achievements of their pupils,but such factors as Surgency Desurgency(Factor F) and affection alert have significantly negative correlation with the pupils' Chinese achievements.Factor B,intelligence,has significantly positive correlation with the pupils' Mathematics achievements and Factor C (ego strength) and Q1 (radicalism conservatism) is negatively correlated with their Mathematics achievements.(2)The correlation between some of the teachers' personality characteristics and their pupils' achievements are higher than that between the teachers' records of formal schooling, ages and the pupils' achievements.(3)The correlation between Factor B,F and their pupils achievements of Chinese and Mathematics are significantly different,ie,Factor B has significantly positive correlation with their pupils' Maths achievements,but negative with their pupils' Chinese achievements;Factor F shows the same correlations as Factor B.
