| 摘 要： | 运用阶级分析的方法对警察权的缘起等警学基本问题进行解析固然应该，但以和谐社会理论为指导．对警察权问题进行多维视角探讨更加必要。需要是警察权产生的内在动机和驱动力；秩序是维系社会群体存续的基础．警察权应社会共同体维护秩序、控制冲突的诉求而产生。但并不是任何时态下的社会秩序都是合理的、有活力的、合乎民意的，人们更需要警察权所维护的是一个正义的秩序。基于正义的普适性特征和人类对于正义秩序的追求，警察权被赋予其存在的合理性。

| Abstract: | It is okay to use the method of class analysis to analyze the origin of police power.However,it is a necessity to discuss from multi-dimensional perspectives the origin of police power with the instruction of har-monious society theory.Demand is the inner motivation and diving force for the production of police power.The production of police power meets the demands of the existence,development,sociality and participation of human beings. |
