| 摘 要： | 公安机关是社会管理和维护稳定的专门力量。在维护社会稳定的工作中应当将＂最大限度激发社会活力,最大限度增加和谐因素,最大限度减少不和谐因素＂作为当前和今后工作的总要求和具体目标,科学理解和准确把握其深刻内涵,坚持公安工作的群众路线,坚持依法维护群众的根本利益,坚持正确处理新时期各种矛盾和问题,努力促进社会和谐稳定。

| Abstract: | Public security organs are the specified force for social management and stability.In maintaining social stability,we shall try our best to activate social statistics,increase harmonious factors and decrease disharmonious factors.Scientifically grasping and understanding the objective requirement of maintaining social order,persisting in mass line,maintaining the basic interests of the mass according to law are of great importance to accelerating social harmony. |
