| Abstract: | The criminal law nature of community correction is confirmed in the legislation of criminal law.The scope of objects of community correction and the execution body are clearly prescribed in criminal law. In order to give full play to the function of community correction and realize the socialization of prison execution,we need to make clear the objects and governing scope of community correction and the legal status of judicial administrative organs as the execution body,strengthen the construction of community correction personnel,comprehensively regulate correction methods and carry out differentiated correction management system. |
