| 摘 要： | 牵连管辖制度作为刑事审判管辖制度的重要内容,对于实现诉讼科学化和诉讼经济化具有重要意义.从世界各主要国家的刑事诉讼立法来看,普遍对牵连管辖的适用条件和适用规则作出了专门规定.我国应借鉴国外的先进立法经验,在我国现行刑事诉讼法中增设关于牵连管辖的规定.
