| Abstract: | Overdue detention is an illegal act that does harm to society in many ways. The causes of such acts are two-sided: one on the part of law enforcement officers with low legal awareness and the other on the part of the legal systems and mechanisms for law enforcement. Accordingly the countermeasures must be comprehensive. |
