| 摘 要： | 广东黑社会性质犯罪的类型主要有境内衍生的黑社会性质犯罪和境外渗透的黑社会性质犯罪。黑社会性质犯罪是有组织犯罪的高级形态，也是广东目前各种犯罪活动中危害最大的一种恶性犯罪，应采取加强社会宏观防控、健全相关的法律法规、制定有力的打击措施、加强涉外合作等对策，有效地控制黑社会性质犯罪。
