Compared with other traditional crimes, the investigation departments have relatively little experience in evidence type and evidence collection of such kind of crimes. In the process of evidence collection, there exist certain problems, such as, the vagueness of evidence object, the non - standardization of collection procedure, the incomplete extraction of evidence and so on. As a result, these problems will lead to the failure of lawsuit. Starting from analyzing the types of evidence of drug manufacturing crimes, this paper takes the drug manufacturing scenes as the core and discusses the issue of evidence collection from the aspects of on - the - spot investigation, drug identification, on - site interview, etc. in order to offer certain instructions and references for the police to investigate and crack down drug manufacturing crimes.
