| 摘 要： | 1978年到2008年的30年是中国社会主义现代化建设和改革开放取得辉煌成就的30年,是中国经济、政治、文化、社会以及生态建设加速发展的30年,同时也是中国法理学蓬勃发展的30年。30年间,中国法理学从初步确立到加速发展最终走向繁荣,在法、法治与法学研究等多方面论域中展开了理论争鸣,产生了诸多理论成果。中国法理学也同时在学科建设、教材改革、学术研究、队伍建设、人才培养等方面获得了巨大的成就,取得了丰富的经验。值此党的十一届三中全会胜利召开30周年之际,我们有必要对30年中国法理学的历程进行回顾与反思,以求发扬成绩,总结经验,吸取教训,继续开创中国法理学研究与教学的新篇章。
