Thirty Years of Administration According to Law Practice Under Central and Local Legislative Framework: Taking Legislation in Shenzhen Sez as a Basic Point

In the past thirty years, both the theory and legal system of administration according to law developed soundly in China. The whole development process can be divided into four phases with separate feature by landmark events. Meanwhile, the prior development of Shenzhen economics promotes its administration according to law to grow faster than other regions.
