| 摘 要： | 农民工权益保护问题是"三农"工作的热点和难点。在全面深入调研的基础上,以矿区农民工这一特殊群体为考察对象,从劳动权益、政治权益、社会权益三大方面阐述当前矿区农民工权益保护的现状及存在的问题,分析了产生问题的原因,并且理论结合实际地提出了如何保护这一特定农民工群体权益的具体对策,具有较强的前瞻性和现实意义。

| Abstract: | Farmer laborers' Right Protection is heated and difficult issue in the agricultural problems. The thesis is based on the profound and deep investigation, taking a special group, miners as the researching object. The thesis makes the attempt to study the present situation of miners' right protection and existing problems from the following aspects: labor right; political right; social right, and then analyze the reasons. At last, the thesis brings upward the specific measures toward how to protect this special group miners' right. Thus it is quite practical and predicting. |
