| 摘 要： | 在依法治国，建设社会主义法治国家的时代背景下，高校《法律基础》课的使命并不仅仅在于对大学生法律知识的教育与传授，而在于法治理念的培养、法的精神与实质的领悟、法律信仰的确立。当前，高校《法律基础》课在教学实践中的法律教育的思路与模式难当此任，应紧扣新课程方案与时代的要求，确立“以法治理念教育及法的信仰培养为主线，以具体法律制度与知识讲授为支撑”的教学思路与模式。

| Abstract: | Under the background of times of managing state affairs according to law and build a socialist country under the rule of law.Universities legal basis course of the mission is not only to education and transfer legal knowledge for the college students,but to the spirit and essence of the understanding,the establishment of legal beliefs and train legal conception.Presently,Universities legal basis course of the train of thought and Pattern could not undertake such a task,.buckle the new course scheme and the requirements of the times tightly,We should carry out through the train of thought and Pattern "giving first place to education of The rule of law principle,legal system and knowledge instruction as a basis" in the teaching of the fulfillment. |
