| 摘 要： | 检察监督原则是我国检察权配置的基本方案和原则。根据检察监督原则的要求,检察权本质上是一种法律监督权,检察院可以对公安机关和法院进行监督。但是,从检察权本身的性质和特征来分析,检察监督原则的法理合理性却值得质疑。

| Abstract: | The principle of supervision by procuratorial authority is the basic plan of disposing procuratorial power in China.According to this principle,procuratorial organ can supervise police office and judicial organ.But on the basis of the essence of procuratorial power,we can inquire the reasonableness of the principle of supervision by procuratorial authority. |
