The 2015 Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the Main Principles of Administrative Activities and Administrative Proceedings” defines 1) the principles and rules governing the relations between state authorities and local self-governments, and individuals and legal persons; and 2) criteria of legal evaluation of government activities by courts.
