| Abstract: | The paper anatomizes the defects of the originalism in interpreting maritime law and analyses the innovation by applying legal prejudice to the interpretation of law. Then it gives the point that we must achieve fusion of horizon between the legal prejudice and the legal text in maritime law interpretation and analyzing how to connect it with the legal practice. |
