| Abstract: | The Chinese maritime procedure law and civil procedure law are not suit for dealing with maritime claims of limitation. The paper holds that China should has a special procedure law in the respect and the paper also makes some comments on the viewpoint for the procedure on the establishment of limitation fund. |
