| Abstract: | Since its establishment, Guangzhou Maritime Court fulfills its functions and powers conferred by the constitution and laws strictly, safeguards national judicial sovereignty and maritime rights and interests, exercises judicial power impar- tially, resolves foreign disputes with high efficiency, and strengthens publicity and justice openness continuously, the court has played an effective role in establishing the good image of Chinese judiciary in the international community. |
