| Abstract: | The essay contained a brief introduction on the development and influences of the LOF salvage contract as well as SCOPIC clause.The essay briefly discussed the specific legal issues relating to the first salvage operation within China under LOF incorporated with SCOPIC,and also made some comments on the arbitration award published by CMAC with regard to this case. |
