| Abstract: | "Restorative justice" refers to any process where the victim and offender,and possibly,other individuals or community members affected by the crime,participate actively in the resolution of the criminal matter,generally with the help of a facilitator.The concept of restorative justice is helpful for the construction of harmonious society in China where exist supportive mass foundation,criminal policy,organization guarantee and practical experiences for application of restorative justice. |
