| 摘 要： | 通过对环境教育的分析,指出目前在我国迫切需要对环境教育进行专门立法,并且通过比较其他国家的环境教育立法所确立的基本理念,提出我国在未来进行立法时应当遵循的几点基本理念。同时,对于未来环境教育立法所可能产生的影响作用作分析,并结合我国现有的实践,提出我国未来进行环境教育立法时,所应当建立的规范体系。

| Abstract: | By the analysis of environmental education,this article points out that it is very necessary that environmental education is legislative specially,with the comparison of the basic idea that the other countries have been established. Then it puts forward the basic ideas of our national legislation in the future. At the same time,it analyzes the effect in the future environmental education law. Finally, on the basis of analysis,with the practice in our country,it tries to establish the system of rules in the future environmental education legislation. |
