| 摘 要： | 中国已经开始着手制定民法典。论述了20世纪法律发展中出现的几个现象,分析它们可能对我国民事立法产生的影响,尤其是对民法的制定产生的影响,提出在制定民法典的过程中应全面了解重新法典化和法典修改的本质,研究现代中的法典化技巧,制定出适应现代社会发展的民法典。

| Abstract: | China has begun to make the civil code.Discussed some phenomena that appear in the legal development of 20th century,analyzed the influence that produces probably for the civil legislation of our country especially put forward for the influence of the civil code that produces in the process of making civil code.Put forward that we should know completely about the essence of recodification and code modification,study modern skill in codification,make the civil code that meets modern social development. |
