| 摘 要： | 互联网技术迅猛发展,也为娱乐业带来了新的发展机遇和空间,网络游戏业快速发展的同时,也凸现"网络虚拟财产"法律保护问题,立足于"网络虚拟财产"问题的提出、概念、特点以及我国对此问题的法律保护现状等几个方面,呼吁"网络虚拟财产"的保护已经迫在眉睫.
