| 摘 要： | 碳关税将气候问题与国际贸易挂钩,将对中国国际贸易产生重大影响。从经济学与法学等多个角度,分析将碳排放量与国际贸易挂钩是否具有合理性与可行性,进而提出中国在此问题上应有的立场和应对措施。
