In the fundamental human rights of citizens,the property rights occupy to the core status.Therefore,the course about the expropriation and requisition of property has become an important part of the Constitution in many countries.According to special land right market in our country,this text,analyzing key problems in land expropriation and requisition of the Constitution of some major countries such as public purpose,due process,compensating standard,judicial remedy etc.,proposes that the land expropriation and requisition clause in the constitution should be amended to resolve the intrinsic conflict for improving our land expropriation system and achieving a reasonable and equitable of land expropriation and requisition.
