| Abstract: | Along with the rapid development of vehicles and international trade, alien species invasion has become one of key factors of imperiling biodiversity and ecological environment of our country. However, there are many drawbacks in our current legislation relating to the precaution of alien species invasion. So some countermeasures aimed at solving the problem are proposed in the article. |
