| 摘 要： | 为应对日趋严重的全球性环境问题,生态安全保护问题已成为国际环境保护领域的重要理论课题.自20世纪90年代以来,日本通过修改旧法与制定新法并驾齐驱的立法途径,完善了相关环境保护法律制度,系统建构了生态安全保护法律制度体系.我国应借鉴其成功经验,及早完善我国生态安全保护法律制度体系.

| Abstract: | In order to solve the environmental problems that have been more and more serious in the whole world,legal system of Eco-security protection has become an important theory task in the environmental protection domain.From 1990,Japan has consummated the environmental protection legal system and has established the legal system of Eco-Security protection.Our country should make use of it,and to consummated the Legal System of Eco-security Protection as soon as possible. |
